As a first step, effective change requires an inner openness to look honestly at what exists. By looking closely at a situation in need of change, we become aware of things and conditions. What do we think about it? How do we feel about it? Do we want to keep the old? What is good about it? What, on the other hand, do we want to let go because it is no longer appropriate or has become outdated or unhealthy? And what do we replace it with? 

Becoming aware and discovering suitable alternatives is not always successful in the confines of one’s own home. That is why I offer you a protected creative space with my workshops and seminars. Here you can reflect, learn new things and find inspiration. It is important to gain an understanding of one’s own underlying attitude which decisively determines our life – private or professional. 

I have conducted seminars and workshops for more than 20 years and I have experienced that through openness, appreciation and mindfulness of all participants wonderful new perspectives emerge that can effectively improve lives. 

Awareness is the first step of any transformation.

My workshops and seminars offer you a space for reflection, inspiration and new knowledge.

Our society and often our personal lives are marked by active doing, rational thinking and a fast pace. All three characteristics are masculine qualities. In the same way, we also need downtime, times of silence and reflection. By doing so, our body and mind can regenerate and we find access to our feelings as well as to our inner truth. Devotion, feeling and being slow represent feminine qualities that are often neglected in our busy lives. This has a negative impact on our well-being and inner balance. 

This workshop takes you on a journey to feminine and masculine qualities, explains their meaning and shows you which paths you can take to achieve a good balance between both polar principles and thus effectively improve your quality of life.

Who doesn’t know it: around the time of a new year or during our vacations we think about what we would like to change in our lives. This often includes the desire to take better care of ourselves and to dedicate more time and attention to our needs. Unfortunately, these resolutions usually fail after a short time, and we return resignedly to our familiar behaviour patterns. The good news is: There is a way out! 

As unusual as it may sound, just like tidying up our outer spaces, it takes regular inner cleansing to invite the new into our lives. 

This workshop invites you to investigate the inner space of your self-love, in which you recognise what you have really thought about yourself up to now and what effects this has on your current life. As you begin to invite new beneficial thoughts to replace old and destructive ones, real change can begin on the outside.
